1. Acceptance

By using Porta, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. The Service

Porta provides end-to-end encrypted ephemeral messaging. Messages auto-delete after 24 hours. We make no guarantee of message persistence beyond the expiration window.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for your account security.
• One account per person.
• Access may require an invite code during the beta period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Porta for:

• Any illegal activity.
• Harassment, abuse, or threats.
• Spam or unsolicited messages.
• Distribution of malware.
• Impersonation of others.

5. Content

You own your content. We can't read it anyway — it's end-to-end encrypted. We don't claim any rights to your messages or media.

6. Limitation of Liability

Porta is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, since messages are ephemeral by design. Use the app at your own discretion.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app.
